Your Account With Us Has Been Automatically Marked Expired or Inactive ?

If you have arrived here, you will have been told when trying to log in that you account is Expired Or Inactive.

You account will be marked Expired/Inactive if:

  • You have not taken a lesson (Mon-Fri) in the last 3 weeks [Regular lessons MUST be booked and taken – See booking Policy]
  • You have not booked/purchased a lesson in more than 3 weeks [We dont hold spaces open when we have customers waiting for spaces – See booking Policy]
  • You have passed your Practical Test and no longer require any training.

If you account has been marked Expired or Inactive you can do the following:

  • Contact us and let us know you still need our services.

What we can then do for you:

  • Look at our availability to see if spaces are available for you to continue your training [You may need to wait, as your place will have been given to another customer as you didnt use it]
  • If there is no immediate availability, we can add you to our waiting list and inform you when places become available.

Voucher Bookings And Training Sessions IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

  • Any lesson Cancelled within 48hrs of its start time will be forfeited and you will lose the lesson fee [Our time is not able to be reallocated at such short notice]
  • Any Voucher Lesson that is not rescheduled by you to a suitable time/or cancelled within 48hrs and then not used will be forfeited [Customers have access to the booking system at any time allowing them to reschedule their sessions. We also provide a video and support in order to help customers move these sessions where necessary. If you need help with this we can be contacted by SMS or email]
  • Block boooking Vouchers are vaild for a “Defined Period Of Time” from the Time Of Purchase [5 Session Vouchers are valid for 5 months, 10 session Vouchers are valid for 10 Months]
