IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BOOKINGS – PLEASE READ.

BOOKING POLICY

All bookings with Darwen Driver Training are done using an online system. Each lesson is booked and paid for at the same point in time (Unless a voucher is being used, this is handled differently by the system)

As we are currently very busy and are running at full capacity, we can only handle a finite amount of people on our system, so the following will apply to all students.

1. From your initial enquiry and when a space becomes available for you to start your lessons, you will be contacted by us and sent website login details to your mobile phone by SMS or EMAILed to the address you contacted us from. These details allow you to access our booking system. (You must use these details and book your lessons into the diary within ONE WEEK of receiving these details). If no lessons have been booked within this time, your details will be removed from the system and the waiting list so that others on the waiting list can be allocated the spaces.
2. When you click on the “Book Me In” button, you will be taken to the live diary booking page. On your first visit here, you will need to create a diary account. The system will prompt you to do this when you select your first lesson to book. The details you enter when creating this account are very important. The system will send confirmations to the email address and reminder SMS messages to the phone number you supply.
3. Once you have selected the length of the lesson you would like, you will be able to select available times from the diary. Pick the date and time thats suitable and you will be taken to the payment screen. You will need to tick to accept the terms and conditions. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. This booking can be ammended any time from the diary system as long as it falls outside the cancellation period of 48hrs.
4. 24hrs before your lesson slot, you will be sent a reminder by the system by SMS message to your specified mobile number.
5. Lessons can be booked in the diary upto 3* months in advance of the current date. We strongly recommend booking lessons as many and as far in advance as you can to ensure that you keep your lessons on a regular basis.
6. Darwen Driver training reserves the right to remove any student from the system that does not comply with our terms and conditions.
7. Students accounts will be marked EXPIRED from our system if lessons are not booked or taken at regular intervals (Less than 3 weeks apart). The place in our system will be allocated to the next customer on the waiting list.
